Actually, I'm feeling anything but  blue! :) Again, I was trying to make a lame pun. Cos in this fashion post, I'll be blue! Very blue indeed! :D (Drats. I've been staring at the pictures for some time now, and I cannot, for the life of me, remember where I was headed off to in this outfit that particular time! @.@ My goodness. Am I really getting that  old? *sobs* I was most likely going to church, but I cannot be absolutely certain. Sigh. I have the memory of a goldfish. And a baby one at that! Wouldn't you agree? I always thought green is such a soothing colour. It certainly relaxes the eyes, and we don't frown as much. Well, do you ever frown when you look at trees or lush greenery? Of course, not. I have even heard that by looking more at greens, you can reduce your eye power (for those inflicted with short-sightedness and are cursed to wear glasses for the rest of their lives! T.T) How true that is, I do not know. If it isn't, blame the person who told me that. (I can't remember who that was, at the moment =.=) Anyway, although the intro does not sound like it, this is another fashion post! :D And the intro is  sorta related. Cos I'll be wearing green, see? Another fashion post ahead! :D Wore this outfit to church one Sunday. Was feeling cheerful and bersemangat  so I wore something that looked like I had put a little more effort into it than usual :P Ta-daaaa! Overall look :) Purple contact lenses yo! My friend has told me that this pair makes me look scary, but somehow, I love them! Don't they look absolutely gorgeous ? :D (Am I supposed to state where I got them too? =.=) They're Korean, called Fairy Violet; got them from a friend of mine.  Cost me just RM 38 to last me a year! :) Oh, and those chilli red diamond-shaped ear rings were from one of the  shops selling them at "3 for RM10" at Sg. I have to say, I have been quite inspired by fashion bloggers like Tey Cindy . :) When you've been following their blog, and reading them for quite some time, their style of blogging tends to rub off on you a little bit :P She's inspiring, isn't she? :D Sometimes I think blog posts on fashion are brilliant! They definitely inspire others (fashion-wise, of course. Not to go out and save the whales! :P).  And personally though, sometimes I put in so much effort into my outfit, so much effort into looking good, it seems such waste that they are only seen by my brothers. My brothers who, when I ask them about my outfit (very enthusiastically) "Nice or not, nice or not?", respond with, "Okay la ."  What a way to deflate a girl's balloon, if you know what I mean. >.< But I know  that you guys can appreciate it waayyyyy better than my brothers! I'm getting married :) Indian-wedding-style !!! Can't you see my henna ? Typical of Indian weddings Nahhhh . I just went to Amin college for their One Malaysia activities. Today was an exhibition on Indian culture. When I heard they were going to do the henna , I went to the college specially for that :) I like it ! Thanks Hui Sun :P muakz muakzzz

Before (Just the night before actually) Yes, people. Seriously. As of 4.47pm, 22nd of February 2009, a Sunday evening, my hair is...............red. Personal hair stylists : 1) May Lee 2) Aileena The equipment : Colour cream, solution-to-mix-dye-with, hair conditioner and plastic gloves. Why? people ask. Why NOT? I answer. Now's the time to experiment, and play around, experience and try out something new. The experience was...interesting to say the least. Fui Na (who lives 3 doors down) mentioned that she heard us screaming "My hair, my HAIR!!!" that afternoon. I denied. It was actually "My hand, my HAND!!" May Lee (who was the one rubbing the dye into my hair) was squealing cos the dye had gotten onto her hands despite the gloves. So she pretty much looked like she'd just murdered someone. Or slaughtered a chicken. Nana's hands were spotted with "blood" from goodness knows which animal now. ...

Just so you know, my nails are no longer fabulously white. Now they are an awesome pink - purple shade!!! Just so you know, I am not surrendering. White is still fabulous. I am NOT succumbing to external pressure. I'm just trying out a new colour. Do not fret, the fabulous white nails will return..............

I was feeling a little bored... So I thought I'd take the opportunity to set the record straight. Especially concerning my nails. Yes, my nails. Toenails. And fingernails. Recently I had purchased a bottle of WHITE NAIL POLISH. Yes, it really is nail polish. Proper nail polish. What brand? Er, I don't know. Can't remember. Don't care. Ahem. The point is, that it is real, actual, genuine, honest-to-goodness nail polish that I had applied on all 10 of my fingernails, and as many toenails as well. Not liquid paper. Or blank-O. Or whatever. It's NAIL POLISH. If it was not nail polish, and liquid paper instead, it would already be coming off in flakes, cos frankly, liquid paper is not meant to be on your nails. Then I'd have horrible looking nails, with spots of bald patches here and there. They would not be as thick, or viscous. Not as smooth-looking. Not as glossy. Not as pretty. :) See, I even have a star pattern on my big ...
